Dreaming Big!

Faustina Hanna is the latest recipient of an individual scholarship awarded by the Cuomo Foundation.

Originally from Chennai, in southern India, where the Foundation has been active for 25 years, Faustina expressed her desire to pursue higher education in computer engineering. The rigor and sincerity of her request caught the attention of the Cuomo Foundation. In the Indian social context, the aspiration of a young woman from a modest background to achieve emancipation is never insignificant, and we decided to support her in realizing her dreams.

Faustina has just enrolled at Panimalar Engineering College and sent us a message full of enthusiasm. Here is a short excerpt of her inspiring words:
