The Cuomo Foundation funds “Entreparents” a digital resource for new parents
“Entreparents” is a new model of pre- and post-natal support and information for parents in the Principality of Monaco and the surrounding area.

The service, which includes regular meetings, is also envisioned as a digital tool. A self-help forum project is currently being developed in the form of a mobile application. The Cuomo Foundation has agreed to directly fund the initiative’s digital component.

Here is an extract of an interview with Maria Elena Cuomo that was published in the most recent newsletter of the organisation handling this project.

“…The Cuomo Foundation’s mission statement states that it focuses and supports actions in social welfare and educational opportunities. Although primarily a “digital service” in nature, the co-founders of the “Entreparents” Network aim is to remedy the absence of personal interaction and communication at all levels of society.

Today, more than ever, social media gives the impression that communication is “easy.” But each of us can still feel more isolated than ever, a feeling shared by people in both developed and developing countries. We understand that the “Entreparents “ ambitions are to assist and support people in better communicating with one another.

The Cuomo Foundation wanted to support the new initiative because of this.”
